Water Heaters

Water-heater service with a practical plan.

CVI provides scheduled diagnosis, repair and replacement planning for conventional residential and light-commercial water-heating systems.

Repair, replace—or first find out what is actually wrong.

Loss of hot water does not automatically mean the whole water heater needs replacement. The proper approach is to evaluate the equipment, installation, age, condition and symptoms before making that decision.

Common water-heater service

  • No hot water or inadequate hot water
  • Temperature or pressure concerns
  • Visible leakage at the heater or connections
  • Valve, connector and accessible piping replacement
  • Planned conventional water-heater replacement
  • Installation corrections and code-related upgrades where required
  • Residential and selected light-commercial systems
Helpful before we arrive: send a clear photo of the full heater plus its manufacturer/model/rating label when accessible.

Replacement planning matters.

A water-heater replacement may involve more than swapping tanks. Connections, shutoff valves, drain pans, venting, gas piping, combustion air, electrical requirements, relief-valve discharge and local code requirements may affect the final scope.
