Before you schedule.
Do you provide 24-hour emergency service?
No. CVI is intentionally focused on scheduled service and repair. If a condition creates an immediate safety or property-damage risk, shut off the affected water or gas if you can do so safely and contact the appropriate emergency provider.
Do you perform drain cleaning?
CVI is not marketed as a drain-cleaning company. We focus on plumbing repair, fixtures, piping, water heaters, remodel work and selected light-commercial service.
Can I send photos before the appointment?
Yes. Photos of the fixture, piping, water heater, leak location, model information or surrounding work area can help define the scope and prepare for the visit.
Do you take remodel and small commercial work?
Yes. CVI handles selected remodel plumbing and light-commercial service in addition to residential scheduled repair.
